EPSA Netherlands acquires Harborn and launches EPSA Digital

Amsterdam, 15 October – Business service provider EPSA Netherlands (formerly AB&C Group) has acquired Harborn, a digital ‘one-stop-shop’ agency that integrates data, technology, and communication. With this acquisition, EPSA Netherlands expands its expertise in digital solutions. By adding Harborn to its existing digital capabilities—led by Han Gerrits as Lead Digitalisation & Innovation, the RPA expertise of NewDawn Robotics, and the digital transformation practice of Boer & Croon—the company is now launching a new proposition:  EPSA Digital.

EPSA Digital: from inspiration to execution. Pragmatic solutions that work.

Digital transformation is a top priority on many organizations’ management agendas and is essential for staying relevant. EPSA Digital combines Boer & Croon’s digital strategy and transformation consulting expertise with Harborn’s execution power and NewDawn Robotics’ RPA expertise. EPSA Digital offers pragmatic solutions for clients from inspiration to creation and implementation. Unique in the market is the combination of strategy consulting, expertise in standard implementations, and skilled engineering teams that create custom solutions under one roof.

New step

With EPSA Digital, EPSA Netherlands adds a third pillar to its services, alongside Procurement and Business Transformation. The group, now consisting of 13 companies, focuses on cost optimization, change, project and program management for business transformations, operational control, and digital transformation and innovation.

Part of an international group

Last year, the international consulting specialist EPSA Group acquired AB&C Groep. Recently, the company rebranded as EPSA Netherlands, with the strategic mission to turn organizational ambitions into reality, helping clients grow and improve their effectiveness through in-depth knowledge of procurement, operations, finance and technology, and digital and innovation.

Management

Jeroen Soeterbroek, founder and Managing Director of Harborn, will also lead EPSA Digital with Han Gerrits and Johan Traa. As Lead Digital & Innovation, Han Gerrits will manage the technical team. At the same time, Johan Traa, who has been responsible for the Finance & Technology solution at Boer & Croon for the past five years, will now serve as Commercial Director of the new proposition.

Jeroen Soeterbroek, Managing Director Harborn and EPSA Digital:

« Helping clients in their digital transformations is what we stand for at Harborn, focusing on truly delivering tangible results. A digital agency like ours can add even more value to clients when we can guide them throughout the transition, including the behavioural changes that come with fully embracing a digital revolution. The connection with Boer & Croon, the existing RPA solutions within EPSA Netherlands, and the inspiring leadership and execution power of Han Gerrits made the ultimate puzzle complete for me. Our culture seamlessly aligns with the DNA of EPSA Netherlands. Together, we have everything we need to offer our clients a strong digital proposition and provide great growth opportunities for our talent. »

Claire Leussink-Nies, CEO EPSA Netherlands:

« As of this month, we are officially EPSA Netherlands, and we are already announcing the addition of a fully-fledged pillar to our services. I am proud to strengthen our expertise with a high-quality specialist like Harborn. The entrepreneurial spirit within Harborn and Jeroen personally was immediately a perfect fit. We are already assisting with digital transformation challenges, particularly through Johan’s business transformation practice at Boer & Croon. Han Gerrits is leading the way with his knowledge of AI and innovation. The next logical step is bundling all this knowledge and expertise and launching EPSA Digital. With our three powerhouses,  Procurement, Business Transformation and Digital & Innovation, we can provide our clients with tailored, best-in-class services, now and in the future. This way, we can help make our clients’ ambitions a reality. »
