Our history
Initially focused on operational consulting in purchasing optimization, the EPSA Group has taken the gamble in recent years :
- to adopt a strategy of both organic and external growth, which has enabled it to diversify into a wide range of complementary offerings (over 40 today) and to develop a rich array of operational expertise, classified into major business lines, including Tax, Energy, Sustainability, Innovation, Organizational Transformation, Procurement, etc.
- to preserve its strong French roots, while expanding strongly internationally to become the European leader in operational performance.
- to opt for a unique model of shared governance, which includes and involves, over the long term, all the founder-entrepreneurs of the companies acquired as the Group evolves, in decision-making and operations. In this way, each of them actively contributes to EPSA’s collective success and helps to keep alive the EPSA Group’s entrepreneurial DNA.
- to place CSR at the heart of its ambitions , with the creation in 2019 of the EPSA Foundation and in 2022 of a very active Commitment Department .

Our key figures
In a few figures, EPSA represents:
- total anticipated net sales of 450 million euros in 2024 ;
- a current workforce of 3,500, including 1,100 in France;
- a presence in over 40 countries, with 72% of its business generated outside France;
- and last but not least, a varied customer portfolio (over 5,000) : from the smallest start-ups to the largest accounts (including 38 members of the CAC40).
