EPSA is proud to receive the bronze trophy of the B for Good – Ekopo Awards. This prize rewards the CSR actions implemented for a more responsible business and a better preserved planet.
Alongside Engie and Arkéa, EPSA has been rewarded for its CSR policy launched 18 months ago. The aim is to build a group around shared, humane values. Supported by the EPSA Foundation, a strong CSR policy and its Disable-friendly Company BuyzeWay, this project is a strategic source of performance and sustainable growth for EPSA Group.
“Thank you to all our stakeholders and in particular to our employees invested in CSR actions (+25%), who make these commitments a reality on a daily basis, including in our business offers… proof that SMIs/SMEs have their role to play in the transformation of companies in the face of current social and environmental challenges. This award should come to inspire, modestly, all economic players of this size and who, with a lesser investment can succeed in contributing effectively to the challenges of this world” explains Cédric Laroyenne, CSR Director of the EPSA group.
Launched in October 2019, EPSA Foundation‘s purpose is to support and develop projects of a social nature that collectively contribute to helping vulnerable and disabled people access or remain in employment, with a view to promoting their personal development, autonomy and social reintegration.
Our CSR policy focuses on 4 central points: responsible governance, social impact, environment and digital. It allows us to engage all our employees, directors, managers, staff and investors in a clear and coherent approach to sustainable development.
Finally, our disable-friendly company BuyzeWay allows us to combine economic and social values to provide an offer adapted to today’s challenges. Created in 2015 to develop employment for people with disabilities, BuyzeWay now employs more than 20 people. This makes BuyzeWay the first adapted company in this sector of activity.
