The EPSA Awards : celebrating commitment and performance
Since its creation in 2001, EPSA has grown thanks to the commitment and dedication of thousands of employees around the world. To recognize these essential contributions, the EPSA Awards were created by the Commitment Department.
This program highlights those who, on a daily basis, contribute to the Group’s success, growth and performance.
The EPSA Awards celebrate the excellence, innovation and commitment of our employees by rewarding their outstanding contributions. A great opportunity to reflect the collective spirit and values that make EPSA a key player in its field.
How does it work ?
The EPSA Awards are organized into six categories, each of which recognizes employees and teams whose performance, commitment and impact have left their mark on the year :

There are 4 main stages in the selection process
- Nominations : Each employee can nominate people of his or her choice for one or more categories.
- Selection of finalists : After reviewing all the nominations, 5 finalists are selected in each category.
- Final vote : The finalists are announced, and it’s up to EPSA Group employees to choose the winners.
- The awards ceremony : The program concludes with a ceremony announcing the winners.
The EPSA Awards are a powerful initiative, celebrating the talent and commitment at the heart of the Group’s collective success.

“Taking part in such an event in Lyon was an exciting experience, and it was a great opportunity to meet colleagues from all over the world. Although only Julia and I were there in person, our team was with us the whole time via FaceTime, sharing the excitement of the event and the awards ceremony.
Winning the award reinforced our team spirit – we all outdid ourselves. Some team members were promoted and are now team leaders themselves. The EPSA Awards experience also strengthened our bond with the group, as it showed us that EPSA values all its subsidiaries and employees worldwide.”
