Human capital and CSR : joining forces to boost performance
In this world in transition, it is vital to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals into our strategy. This means taking into account Human Capital and its central role in the company’s value proposition. In 2023, we therefore decided to combine CSR and HR issues within the same department: the Group’s Talent & Commitment Department.
