A working environment conducive to personal fulfillment
At EPSA, respect for work-life balance is one of our top priorities, especially as a consulting and service organization. Today, teleworking is an integral part of the benefits we offer our employees. At all our sites, we offer two to three days of telecommuting per week, without any obligation, in order to adapt to the needs of each individual while respecting everyone’s autonomy.
Throughout the year, we make it a point of honour to regularly bring our employees together for events that combine work and pleasure. We organize numerous events to encourage cohesion between teams and Group entities, such as the annual Gala, International Innovation Day, Citizen Day and Delivery Day – our day dedicated to consulting.
Finally, we place the recognition of our talents at the heart of our strategy. That’s why, in 2023, we created the “EPSA Awards”, a program designed to showcase the commitment of our employees. Through this program, we highlight those who, every day, actively contribute to the development and performance of our Group.

An adapted training path
As an international group offering a high level of expertise, we are committed to ensuring the relevance and evolution of our employees' skills. So, in 2022, we launched the “EPSA Campus” digital platform, designed to support continuing professional training. It enables our employees to gain a better understanding of our Group and the diversity of our expertise, while offering them training and self-learning opportunities in technical and cross-disciplinary skills, languages and more.

Mobility to meet individual needs
We understand the importance of offering opportunities for development, both in terms of work environment and career. So, in 2024, we are developing a mobility program to help retain and develop talent, by offering unique career opportunities. The “EPSA Mobility” program offers everyone the possibility of two types of mobility:

We have always relied on innovation to grow, and our entrepreneurial DNA is proof of this. Through its construction, EPSA has become a veritable platform of entrepreneurs, each creating unique value on the market with differentiating expertise. To reinforce and accelerate this spirit of innovation, since 2024 we have been offering an internal incubation pathway to our employees wishing to undertake within EPSA itself, on one of the following themes:
