Acquisition: EPSA Group expands into the Nordic countries with the integration of Inventura
The French EPSA Group, a European performance expert, has acquired Inventura, a Norwegian purchasing consultancy specialist. This merger opens up a new market for EPSA, and further consolidates its position as a leading European player in the optimization of financial, operational and sustainable results.

The EPSA Group announces the acquisition of Inventura. This new location is the result of an ambitious acquisition strategy. The EPSA Group is thus strengthening its presence in Europe even more, and intensifying its emblematic business expertise:purchasing.
Headquartered in Bergen, Norway, Inventura generates sales of €16 million and employs a staff of 130. Alongside the EPSA Group, Inventura’s growth prospects are enhanced. The company will focus more broadly on expanding its services, investing in cutting-edge solutions and strengthening its position as a trusted partner to organizations facing complex purchasing challenges.
The acquisition was completed on January 29, 2025.
