EPSA enters into a capital and strategic partnership with ACXIAS, the French leader in the digital transformation of purchasing

The French group EPSA, the European expert in performance, is integrating Acxias, an agency specializing in the digital optimization of purchasing, to strengthen and digitize its offerings. Acxias, for its part, will rely on the global positioning of the EPSA group to strengthen its international presence.

Maximizing operational efficiency and business performance with innovative digital solutions 

The solutions offered by Acxias enable its clients, companies of all sizes and from all sectors of activity, to maximize operational efficiency and performance in purchasing, supply chain and finance, by implementing cutting-edge technologies such as SAP’s Cloud software packages and artificial intelligence. 

By combining these solutions with its global expertise, the EPSA group is expanding the scope of its offerings in the field of business transformation programs. Centered around the optimization of organizations and the digitization of all business processes, the EPSA group’s support is mainly focused on two strategic areas: project management and the functional and technical implementation of solutions. 

Several fields of action are then proposed by the experts of the EPSA group, namely: the commitment and alignment of teams, the definition of a transformative roadmap, the development of Core Model, change support, solution configuration or the development of specifications and interfaces.  

Since its creation in 2007, ACXIAS has carried out more than 500 assignments for around 100 clients in France, Switzerland and China, where the company is based. ACXIAS also has a bilingual (French-English) SAP and BPO center of expertise in a nearshore location in Mauritius. Its strategic positioning as a specialist, as well as its partnerships and the trust of its customers, have enabled it to quadruple its turnover over the last 4 years to reach more than 8 million euros in 2023.  

This capital operation was finalized on January 15, 2025 with the assistance of Carmine Capital, a mergers and acquisitions consulting firm.
