EPSA successfully completes the acquisition of Energiency

The EPSA group, European expert in performance, finalizes the acquisition of Energiency – leader in energy analysis for industry Founded in 2013 by Arnaud Legrand and Aymeric Hervieu, Energiency supports industrial companies worldwide in the detection and rapid realization of new sustainable energy and CO2 savings thanks to its innovative SaaS technology combining human intelligence and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Following an initial equity investment in 2023, this acquisition reinforces the EPSA group’s desire to establish itself as a key player in energy and the energy transition.
